Contract delivery

Only Connect is proud to deliver resettlement, training and rehabilitation services within prisons, pupil referral units, youth offending teams and youth offending institutions across London.

We deliver services for Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS), as a Tier two provider working through Shaw Trust, a national employment, learning and skills charity that helps people who are disadvantaged or have a disability into work, gain skills and take control of their futures. After a competitive tender process, Shaw Trust was awarded the delivery of services under a contract called Co-Financing Organisation Round 3 (CFO3). Shaw Trust is the CFO3 prime contractor for London, East of England and the South West of England. The contract is funded by the European Social Fund. Over 18,000 offenders are planned to be supported during the life of the three 5 ¾ year contracts Shaw Trust delivers.

One of the core objectives of CFO3 is to improve social inclusion. Many of the participants the alliance will work with have experienced multiple difficulties accessing education and training - excluding them from finding better opportunities after release. Only Connect has been awarded the role of progressing and resettling participants between 18-24 in London, primarily from HMP/YOI Feltham and HMP Pentonville.

To support every individual on the programme, a case manager and personal mentor will work with each individual to guide them and provide advice. Participants will also be offered accredited personal development and vocational courses.
