We are passionate about volunteering at Only Connect (OC) and want all our opportunities to have mutual benefit for both volunteers and the organisation. Only Connect recognises that volunteers can make an appropriate and significant contribution to the objectives of Only Connect.
There are a number of ways in which you can volunteer at Only Connect. We have both mentoring opportunities via our Entourage project as well as opportunities to work with our front line and back office team.

Current Volunteer Roles
Entourage Volunteer
Amongst our range of services we run a mentoring programme called Entourage. It matches Only Connect service users (what we call ‘Members’) to volunteers in the community (what we call ‘Supporters’) in order for them to share experiences and swap skills on a one off, or on-going, basis. Both sides benefit enormously from the exchange and Members go away with new skills, growing confidence and stronger networks to support them progress.
Project Management Volunteer
The assistant Project Manager will support in the coordination, oversight and development of Entourage, to ensure that it runs smoothly and in compliance with its contractual requirements. They will also provide assistance to other Only Connect projects on a needs
